XGS Exploration Geochemistry Services ("XGS") was founded by Allan Kelly in 2002 to provide geochemical consulting services to mineral exploration companies. 

Our clients include large and small exploration and mining companies within and outside Australia.

Allan Kelly - BSc(Hons) FAAG MAIG is an award-winning geologist, geochemist and manager and has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration throughout Australia and the Americas.

In 2009, Allan founded Doray Minerals Limited which was the most successful ASX IPO of 2010, following discovery of the high-grade Andy Well gold deposit near Meekatharra, WA.

Under Allan’s management, Doray progressed Andy Well from discovery to production in 3.5 years before building the Deflector gold project following the takeover of Mutiny Gold Ltd.

Doray won several awards under Allan's leadership for the discovery, development and operation of the Andy Well Gold Project.

Allan was jointly awarded the AMEC “Prospector Award” in 2014 for the Andy Well gold discovery.

Allan is a Fellow and former Councillor of the Association of Applied Geochemistry (AAG), a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and a former Councillor of the Association of Mineral Exploration Companies (AMEC).

Mr Kelly has sufficient experience to qualify as a "Competent Person" as defined in the 2012 Edition of the "Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves".
